UAE-based operator du has selected Netcracker’s Digital BSS for its digital transformation program.
Du is migrating from a legacy system to a unified platform to support next-generation services and enhance its customers’ experience.
Netcracker’s solution provides the operator with a single platform that can support advanced services while providing support to its B2B and B2C customers. Netcracker will also migrate and replace du’s legacy BSS and Managed Services systems.
