Telesur implements BSS/OSS suite from Cerillion

Surinamese operator Telesur has gone live with its implementation of Cerillion’s BSS/OSS suite.

The first phase of deployment has also seen Cerillion migrate the operator’s legacy prepaid and postpaid systems to the new platform, allowing Telesur to launch a new online portal and mobile app. The new platform will also enable Telesur to introduce innovative products to market much more quickly and easily than previously.

Cerillion’s intuitive Enterprise Product Catalogue will allow Telesur to manage product lifecycle efficiently and introduce products and services through simple configuration. The next stage of work will be the digital transformation of Telesur’s fixed-line services. The migration of these services onto Cerillion’s platform will bring Telesur further commercial and operational benefits and ensure a seamless experience across all services for its customers.

Mike Antonius, CEO at Telesur, said: “The introduction of Cerillion’s digital BSS/OSS platform has allowed us to enhance our customer experience and revolutionise our mobile services with a clear focus on digital engagement, and with the ability to launch new products and services faster than ever before, we are well-positioned to meet the evolving needs of our customers and drive growth in the digital era.”

Louis Hall, Chief Executive Officer of Cerillion, added: “This project underscores our commitment to empowering businesses with innovative solutions that drive digital growth, elevate customer experience, and enhance overall operational efficiency.”
