Indosat Ooredoo Hutchison (IOH) opened its Digital Intelligence Operations Center (DIOC), a move to leverage AI to enhance its network.
The centre was created in collaboration with Huawei and was inaugurated by IOH President Director and CEO Vikram Sinha (pictured), and Huawei Asia-Pacific Region President Simon Lin. It is located in Jakarata at IOH headquarters.
The DIOC will serve as the centre of IOH’s network operations and provide real-time insights and proactive service management to ensure optical network performance and reliability. It also provided end to end service management of all services, including performance, application experience, and quality which enables the operator to swiftly resolve customer issues.
IOH merged its Network Operations Center (NOC) and Service Operations Center (SOC) to create the new DIOC.
Sinha said: “With the DIOC, we are not just improving network performance; we are redefining the way we serve our customers. By integrating advanced technologies and fostering talent, we are setting new benchmarks in network performance and customer satisfaction. This collaboration is pivotal in realizing our mission to connect and empower every Indonesian through digital connectivity.”
