Indonesian market leader Telkomsel has selected Ericsson to provide a comprehensive OSS transformation that will help the operator meet new customer demands and efficiently manage rapid network growth.

Ericsson's Consulting and Systems Integration plays a key role in the transformation planning and consolidation of Telkomsel's network operations centre. Ericsson also provides the latest OSS solutions for fault and configuration management, service fulfilment and service quality management.
As a result of the project, Telkomsel will be able to consolidate its network operations centre with end-to-end visibility and control over a complex and geographically-distributed network. This includes measurement of operational performance and efficiency, and increased network availability through efficient incident, problem and change management.
